Sau khi cài đặt hoàn tất và kích hoạt chương trình, trên giao diện chính ở khung Presentation bạn bấm vào ô có 3 dấu chấm (...) rồi chọn đường dẫn mở file PowerPoint cần chuyển đổi ra, còn ở khung video bạn chọn vị trí lưu trữ file video và đặt tên cho file sau khi chuyển đổi hoàn tất.

Ngoài ra bạn có thể lựa các định dạng file video sẽ xuất ra bằng cách bấm mục Video Settings, trong cửa sổ bạn chọn các loại định dạng ở mục Video Codec như: MPEG4 Low motion, MSScreen encoder DMO, Cinepak Codec by Radius, Intel Indeo® Video R.32... Mục Frame rate giúp bạn chọn mức chất lượng của file. Sau khi thiết lập xong bấm Start để bắt đầu chuyển đổi.

Lưu ý: ở khung Width và Height bạn có thể điều chỉnh tùy ý chiều dài và rộng của màn hình tương ứng khi xuất file, hãy chọn loại màn hình thích hợp với dụng cụ phát Video.
